Luxms Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Policy covers how Luxms, Inc. treats personal information that Luxms, Inc. collects and receives, including usage statistics. Personal information is personally identifiable information about Customer, like Customer's email and Customer's phone number, not available publically otherwise. This policy does not concern procedures and policies of any third parties which Luxms, Inc. does not own or contol.

Information Collection and Use
Luxms, Inc. collects personal information when Customer register with us, when Customer use the Luxms Services and visit Luxms, Inc. pages. When you register for free Luxms Servces, like Luxms Mail, we ask you for your email. When you register for paid services, like Luxms Alerts, we ask you for your cell phone number.
When Customer uses the Luxms Services, even without registration, Luxms, Inc. collects information about Customer's transactions. Luxms, Inc. automatically receives and records information from Customer's service usage, which may include Customer's cell phone number, IP address and search request.
Luxms, Inc. uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the content and advertising for the Customer, fulfill Customer's requests for services, improve services, contact Customer, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Luxms, Inc. does not rent, sell, or share personal information about Customers with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide services Customer has requested, when Luxms Inc. has Customer's permission, or under the following circumstances:
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations of Luxms Service Terms, or as otherwise required by law.
Luxms, Inc. displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria.
Luxms, Inc. does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when Customer interacts with or views a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad Customer is consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that Customer meets the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

Cookies and Communications
Luxms, Inc. may set and access Luxms, Inc. cookies on Customer's computer or wireless handset. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Luxms, Inc. cookies. Customer has the right to disable the cookies.
Luxms, Inc. reserves the right to send Customer certain communications relating to the Luxms Services service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of Customer's Luxms account, without offering Customer the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Public Forums and Submissions
Luxms, Inc. makes several forums available to visitors of its websites. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas will remain become public information available and exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
We are pleased to hear from our visitors and welcome your comments regarding our services. Still, any ideas, suggestions, drafts, concepts etc. relating to the improvement of the Luxms Services, new services or products, new business models etc. (collectively, the Submissions) , which are made without a specific request on our part, shall be deemed, and shall remain, our property. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part and we shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Luxms, Inc. limits access to Customer's personal information to workers who reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to Customer or in order to do their jobs.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
Luxms, Inc. may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Luxms, Inc. account or by placing a prominent notice on our web site.
