Luxms WebCom is a white-label web softphone solution for carriers and VoIP service providers. This is 100% clientless web communications solution running on any Flash-enabled browser. Users can dial any landline or mobile numbers from the web, and we direct them to your SIP infrastructure. Unlike plugin-based or applet-based web softphones, WebCom is much more friendlier: it is able to seamlessly tunnel through sophisticated enterprise firewalls, does not require installing any additional plugins or runtimes, and provides reliable communications despite frequent updates of browser software.

We already support Web RTC for voice calls. With Web RTC video calls compatibility, WebCom fully leverages next generation web communications potential, while seamlessly maintaining backward Flash compatibility for older browsers without Web RTC suport.

WebCom is available for purchase as a hosted service or on-premise installation. With hosted service there are no upfront costs and low monthly fees depending on traffic. WebCom can be integrated with customer’s PBX using SIP.
